Jan has returned to Sydney after living in the UK for twenty years and New Zealand for three years, owning and operating her own businesses.  Both Jan’s children were born in the UK – the eldest is studying at Otago New Zealand and the youngest in Sydney. Jan has a background in accounting and property development.

As a business owner, the demands and long hours and having to hire nannies herself, Jan appreciates the importance of quality in childcare and the peace of mind it gives. Jan will build up a network of reliable candidates in Sydney North to meet the varied needs of families living and working in a busy city environment.

Sandra McGreevy

Sandra McGreevy grew up on the Gold Coast.

Sandra has a Bachelor of Education and Graduate Diploma in Education (childcare).  She has worked within the childcare industry and left her role as a coordinator for Family Day Care to have her sons.

Sandra is looking forward to building the Milestonz business in the Gold Coast region extending from Logan city down to South Tweed.

Kim Burns

UK Agent - Marketing

Kim Burns joined Milestonz Nannies in November 2002 following a visit to Australia.

Kim is from Manchester, England.  She has had several years experience in childcare and has a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science.

Kim is based in Cheshire and is our UK Marketing and Business Consultant.

Ben Bos

IT/Operations Manager

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Ben is responsible for technical / operational issues and supports the franchised systems by designing and administering the Milestonz Nannies website and maintaining the Franchise Operations Manual.

Ben was born in The Hague, The Netherlands and has a Bachelor of Science and Master in Environmental Planning from Wageningen Agricultural University.

Lyn Bos

Managing Director/founder

Lyn lives in Brisbane, Australia with her husband Ben and their daughters Jaimee (13) and Elizabeth (10). She is responsible for the recruitment and training of franchisees, strategic planning for business growth and expansion and oversees the operational management of the company.

As the Managing Consultant of Milestonz Consulting Pty Ltd, Lyn is also heavily involved in the SME sector in Queensland.

Lyn has a BSc in Biochemistry, a Master of Health Administration and an MBA. She attended the University of NSW and La Trobe University.
