Our Philosophy

Milestonz Nannies was established in March 2001 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Our simple philosophy is to - Help families seeking household staff like nannies, babysitters, aged care workers, mothercraft nurses and personal assistants - by screening and registering only "quality" applicants.

By "quality" we mean applicants who have:

  • at least 2 years solid work experience as a nanny or a childcare worker;
  • obtained a current Criminal History Clearance;
  • a Health Clearance or Statement from their doctor;
  • a current First Aid Certificate;
  • an excellent track record which can be verified by direct contact with referees;
  • attended an interview with Milestonz Nannies which also screens for personality, grooming and the ability to communicate clearly
