Family Registration

At Milestonz Nannies we will only register families who agree to our terms and conditions of business as follows:

  • are willing to complete and return our Family Application and Agreement
  • are willing to complete a family-carer workplace agreement (a Sample Agreement available to registered families on request;
  • willing to treat their employee (our nanny or carer) with respect at all times;
  • agree to discuss and revise your family-candidate workplace agreement with your employee should any aspects of the position change at any time;
  • agree to meet all their obligations as an employer under current taxation, industrial and insurance laws;
  • inform their Milestonz Nannies Agency each time they hire or re-hire one of our candidates;
  • agree to pay all registration and placement fees prior to your employee commencing work with their family.

Australian Families

Families can register as follows:

  1. By calling the Milestonz Nanny Agency in their own locality as follows:

  2. By payment of a nominal payment (Family Registration Fee) - required to engage the services of Milestonz Nannies. This Registration Fee is a one-off, lifetime registration fee.  To make this payment, please call your local Milestonz Nannies Agency.
  3. When you call Milestonz Nannies, we will ask you to provide your contact details and details of your candidate requirements over the phone. We will enter these details into our database.

Once registered, we will commence sourcing a suitable candidate for you. We will endeavour to refer at least 2 candidates initially for you to interview.

In the meantime, a Family Application and Agreement will be emailed to you for completion. You must sign and return the Family Agreement to Milestonz Nannies as soon as you are able to.

A Candidate Placement Fee is payable once you have acquired a candidate introduced to you by Milestonz Nannies.
