The Milestonz Babysitting Service

Are you seeking a regular, reliable babysitting service?

Then you will find that each of our Agencies will be able to provide you with a regular, reliable and quality babysitter.

Our "babysitters" are in fact our thoroughly screened NANNIES
Every babysitter has a police clearance, a health clearance, a first aid certificate
Every babysitter has had at least 2 years experience as a Nanny or in a Childcare Centre
We do not accept written references from our candidates - we carry out a verbal reference check for each candidate
We do not accept candidates who have simply been babysitting for family and friends, or au pairs or new graduates
We are available for our registered families out of hours
We will be able to assist you in Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast
Our registered families receive a 50% discount on the Daily Agency babysitting booking fees when they travel to another location eg a Sydney family travelling to the Gold Coast for holidays will be able to contact our Gold Coast office and receive a 50% discount on their daily booking rates (babysitters still paid their market rates). This offer can be used for a maximum of 4 nights per annum.
You can request the same sitter each time and if available, that sitter will be allocated to you
We have an extensive database of screened nannies who are happy to babysit in the evenings

We charge each family either:
- a 6-month subscription fee to our Babysitting Service or,
- a 12-month subscription fee or,
- a Daily Rate PAYABLE UPFRONT AT TIME OF BOOKING (for late notice bookings we cannot guarantee a successful placement)

Each family must pay their babysitter directly at the end of the babysitting service (the Babysitter cannot be paid our Agency Fees)
The 6-month or 12-month subscription covers all agency fees for these periods, and entitles each family to a once-a-week or less, booking for a sitter. The subscription fee is not transferable

After joining families are entitled to book babysitters throughout the subscription period for up to once a week.
The babysitter must be paid $14 to $16 per hour in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, and $18 to $20 per hour in Sydney directly at the end of the babysitting session.
PLEASE NOTE: hourly rates for New Year's Eve, Christmas period (23rd December to 4th January), Easter Weekend and Public Holidays, may increase by at least 30% eg $20-$25 per hour on the Gold Coast, and $25-$30 per hour in Sydney.
All bookings must be made through your Milestonz Nanny agency
Babysitting sessions are strictly for evening sessions commencing 6pm. Our daytime service is managed by our Nannies division. Please refer to our Nanny services information on this website
All Agency Booking fees (non-refundable) must be paid in full prior to your babysitters session with your family
Milestonz Nannies reserves the rights to cancel your subscription at our discretion
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the sitting session; a surcharge may apply for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
A cancellation fee (an amount up to or equivalent to 50% of the babysitters total potential rate for session) may apply if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the sitting session
These terms and conditions constitute your formal agreement with Milestonz Nannies and will be referred to by your Milestonz Nannies representative
